Anyone on here chase spring snow geese? If so where, when? I'm heading to NY state next month, hope this stupid weather breaks by then or we may as well sit in a coffee shop and stare out the window. Spring snows are the birds you love to hate.

Proposed changes for here in SK are an extended season for all parts of the province to June 15 and all day hunting in all parts of the province as well. Also if it goes through Alberta will have the same spring season and the regular fall season will see the daily limit in Alberta kicked up to 50/day per person and no posession limit in either province. Bonus for those of us living on the border of both provinces!! Last years season ended May 15th and with the late spring and long drawn out thaw we never saw birds until the last week of May. Here is to hoping for an earlier spring!!

I would love to go for snows. I've been planning to take a wack at em this march in manitoba but cant afford it and a wedding in the same year. The soon to be wife said i could go for a few hunts during our honeymoon in september in quebec but cant find a recomended outfitter for the lac st jean area. oh well I cant really complain as im headed out first thing in the morning for some late season southern ontario canada geese....
