I've been looking into some of the lower priced AR's. So far I've reasearch Norc's and the Smith and Wessons plane Jane models but I have not foud any info on the Black Forge guns. All of these are under 1K.

Any info or oppinions on the Black Forge guns other than their website. ( I found lots of info on the other ones )
 
I'm not into AR's made by companies that base their quality and expertise on false claims, contradicting data and downright lies.

Could you expand. I'm relatively new to these type of guns and anything I can learn is greatly appreciated.

This:

The fact is their rifles do not meet the "mil-spec" called for building an M4 pattern rifle, nor are they any better.

Then they go and bragg again that their rifles exceed "mil-specs" and are superior. They don't, and they're not. They're either lying to sell products, or they just don't know how an AR-15 is built.

Their guns may go bang every time you pull the trigger, maybe not, this is irrelevant to me. I'm against companies that make false claims, especially in the firearms industry.

Some people get too worked up over brand names. I've had hands on with that Black Forge and they are pretty good. A buddy of mine and I are purchasing one to use for parts on two separate builds. They beat out anything else in the price category that I've seen but are still just a $800 rifle. I'd say buy one and shoot the heck out of it, I know I am. Any other questions buddy just PM me.
