So how do we get the CSSA and NFA to cooperate for the long haul? My understanding is they've had a less than harmonious relationship.
So I've been thinking about this and either the RCMP has been infiltrated by communist!
Or this is the start of the UN Small Arms Ban, test run!
Thoughts???
Rumor on the street where I am, is that after 1Jan2015, Wolverine supplies will no longer be selling AR platforms to civillians. I reiterate that this is just something that I heard, and am welcoming Wolverine to shoot me down if that's the case.
Mr Wolverine I heard a rumor on a different thread could you speak to it?
This is a new rumour to me! For over the past 20 years we have heard rumours that the AR "Family" would be prohibited, so far it has not happened, will it happen? YES, JUST GIVE IT TIME, there is a clandestine agenda, there is a "Binder" listing all the firearms that should be restricted or prohibited. Unless we can collectively get our act together it is only a matter of time.
At least one distributor was saying that Wolverine would be shut down by now, but I can also assure you that is only another rumour!Mr Wolverine is still alive and kicking.
Due to my position in this industry I am often privy to leaked information, if I publish it without divulging my sources I am accused of fear mongering. I will never divulge my sources or the information flow would stop. I honestly believe that what happens in the next 12 to 18 months will have a lasting affect on the Canadian Firearms Industry and the shooting community.

There have been calls to write letters to your MP about this issue which I am all for. My question is, my MP is with the NDP. Will it even resonate with him or any other party about our concerns? Mind you I am not saying we should roll over and take this, I am just looking for guidance.
So should I but now or wait 18 months?

Personally i am to scarred of the government to send them a letter like this, and end up on some sort of terrorist watch list... because only criminals need guns right?

I am sorry but how can you not fear the government at this point? They have proven that they can, and will, do whatever the hell they want, whenever the hell they want. Due process and equal rights (especially for firearms owners) is virtually non existent. If you do not think that the RCMP is above the law, get yours eyes checked
Maybe I am talking out of my ass, but this is how one Canadian firearms owner feels.
