G 22 Recoil spring

Wondering if anyone has a recommended weight for recoil spring for a G 22, I am sure it is time and not sure what to go with. I shoot half and half 180g and 200g

Are you running major PF or minor loads?

Pretty sure the factory spring is about right, unless you get some aftermarket springs areound 15 or 16 lbs.
