KCI Magazine Falling Out

Glock 17 gen 4 with relatively low round count. Never an issue with the factory magazines or any of the 10/17 magazines I have. However, I have a brand new 10/33 Round Magazine that would fall out of the gun when firing it. Pulling on the magazine it seemed seated in enough that I could not pull it out. It would chamber a round correctly and then when firing it the magazine would just fall out. I tried this on another Glock 17 gen 4 and the exact same thing happened. It wouldn't happen on every round fired but at least 50% of them.

Has anyone experienced this before?

Is the mag loose i the magwell? You can try sticking a strip of electrical tape on the opposing side of the mag catch (same side as the mag release button) to see if that helps.

the KCI mags are not ambi, what way do you have your mag release set for, standard on the left or switched to lefty?

It's not loose in the magwell. No other mags have an issue.

This KCI mag has slots on both sides as if it is ambi. My glock has the safety in the standard spot, the left.
