Very good condition with two mags, will try and get some pictures up later; any ballpark value? I know the inglis ones are getting up there but I'm unsure about the FN's. Its a later one, around the 70's. I was guessing around 6-700?

Inglis HP's were only made for two years during W.W. II. Collector pieces now. FN HP's have a couple of variations. Those made and assembled in Belgium and those made in Belgium, but assembled in Portugal. The one you have and what sights it has matters?

How early is your Hi Power? Does it have Nazi acceptance stamps. Is there a Big W engraved just in front of the rear sight?? What type of extractor does it have, internal or external.

If you go onto your search engine and type in the manufacturer and serial number, it will date the pistol for you and tell you the factory wher it came from.

A good guess, but get more detail. A good serviceable one will go for a bit less if the seller is impatient, more wear and less care will drop the price more, of course. Many people say the T series serial numbers are the high-water mark of FN quality so some people pay a premium for those, but other than those collectors if the asking price is above $700 some prospective buyers go look at new ones for $1000-1100 and some of them don't come back for a used gun.
