Looking for an aftermarket stock for my mosin.

To be honest why would you spend 1-200 on a stock for a 100 dollar rifle? Makes no sense to me. Just find one with a nicer stock.

I've got a hex receiver from '29 in a nicer stock. This one was just a fun project.

And now I've got a wicked little scout rifle!

I built it from some 1.75" round stock on a lathe at work. Honestly though, it is incredibly effective, feels like shooting a .22, but it is pretty heavy, I'm planning on building a smaller one.
Yeah, as Ali G would say, it looks like a "bell end"

I'm with you. My 1934 91/30 cost me $150 and I would never dream about putting an aftermarket stock on it. But, to each his own. :)

The rifles shown above do look "tactikool" but just not my cup of tea.

As long as well all have fun shooting !!!
Well, not everyone thinks solely in terms of money. I for one don't clench my cash with an iron death grip. It's only money to me. I dont let cost effectiveness ratios dictate whether or not I do something that I really want to do. Your situation may differ of course.

Damn, always forget about the forums muliquote feature!
