I was just wondering if it is possible to get this ammunition?

The reason to post a new thread is to see if others are interested as well. With the new DPMS GII platform and the 1:10 barrels, this may be a good choice. It seems that overrun Lake City ammunition will soon be flooding the market - IMHO.

What kind of price will it run I wonder? I am just getting in to the .308 game and trying to figure out what type of ammo I should pick up for a accurized M305 (I know it is an oxymoron) I will go handload route in the future, but hand loading/reloading will not be doable for me at this time.

I'd be all over it if it was a reasonable price. Having said that I have hunch that it may be a while before we see any north of the border.

This was $25 a box at a gun show, albeit it's probably not the same formula :p

I had a sh!t ton of 1972 vintage M118, took a few years to exhaust the supply. I would love to find a crate of newer M118LR

I was OK paying $25 a box, even as a curio/collectible. I am going to shoot it, though.

Federal Gold Match/ Hornady Match is $40 a box- let's see how it compares. Kind of a moot point since I handload, but I like to test.

$370 for an SKS is absurd, but I did see somebody at the Renfrew Gun Show selling an Egyptian Rashid carbine, not knowing what it was, for $300.

Last weekend I saw 6 SKS's on a table at a gunshow @ $370.00 each . There are no higher prices than gun show prices .
