I would like to buy one of these non-restricted bullpups.

Set up an account on gun broker, order a custom one and ship oit to I Run Guns and have them import it; or buy an original one, arrange with K&M to send it to them to have it customized to your liking and then have KM ship it to IRG for import.

That is the only way currently.

Yessir. You'll need K&Ms info first, but thats about how easy it is. I have contacted a number of sellers asking them about selling to a Canadian and they don't give a damn. "We'll ship to any FFL", as long as they get paid and it's heading to an FFL, they don't really care who you are.

The K&M version is growing on me. Given the RCMP's deliberate foot-dragging when it comes to approving new designs for import, I guess we can expect to see these sometime in 2016?

So it's as easy as sending it to either K&M and then to Irun guns, or straight to I run guns?

Option 1
- buy gun, pay for gun, send copy of FFL from IRG to seller. And they ship to IRG and you import as per there process.

- buy gun, pay for gun, send copy of FFL from K&M to seller. Seller ships to K&M who mods gun as per your order with them. They ship to IRG and you import as per there process.

Of course it is only natural you contact K&M prior to sending them a gun for work to be done. You'll have to anyways in order to get their FFL paperwork to send to the gun seller.

The M17S is not a new design. It is already approved as non-restricted. The K&M version is just a new manufactured version. Hopefully it is as easy as getting an FRT for a bew AR15 make and model.
