Which manufacturer has the best/fastest warrenty service

Still waiting for my restricted to show up in the mail but I really had my eye on the S&W M&P 22 for my first, I my have to rethink this now. Looks like I my have to have another look at the Brownings.

This is exactly why this is so frustrating, I have a S&W M&P 22 and it's a blast to shoot. Other than not being to find extra mags (I was just finally able to order so from irunguns) this is one of my favs because it's pretty cheap shooting and still fun to shoot. It has me wanting the M&P 9 but with my bad warranty experience it's on hold for now as well.

STI is the best for me. FV takes good care of people.
Beretta was the worst. Sent it in within 2 months of purchase. 14 months and I got my money back instead of getting the pistol fixed.
CZ took a long time (4 months)for parts to come to Canada.
S&W had new parts in my mailbox in 2 weeks for my S&W 686.

So finally got word from Smith and Wesson, they will be looking into where my gun is and as the email from their customer service rep said they will see what needs to be done to get the gun back to me asap. Guess if i had waited for Murray Charlton i would still be waiting! Lets see how this develops

+1 That's at least some hope.. Good luck

84, just curious, was it Lil or Erica who got back to you? Hopefully the guns still not sitting at MCE like mine.

Got my Glock back yesterday. Obviously not in Canada but still a good example of excellent customer service. They also included 2 brand new magazines. All this 12 years after the warranty expired....

Wow!!!! I cannot even imagine how they would be able to do something like that here. We would need to transfer the ownership of the old one to Glock, they would need to transfer a new one to me, I am guessing a new ATT (Authorization To Transport) would be needed to ship the new one to me since the old ATT was for the original Glocks serial Num.

Way too painful, no wonder we have such warranty issues. And 2 new mags to boot, very nice.
