See!! 2 posts without zombies! I'm already more inclined to read it now.
This all I have so far for my serbu load development before winter kicked in.
H50BMG powder 26" barrel, 642-655 grain surplus bullets, IVI Match brass.
Grains - FPS
1) 225g - 2550 fps
2) 225 - 2602
3) 225 - 2536 MEAN = 2558.8, SD = 25.5
4) 225 - 2547
5) 227.5 - 2584
6) 227.5 - 2495 MEAN = 2524.3, SD = 42.2
7) 227.5 - 2494
8) 230 - 2575
9) 230 - 2559 MEAN = 2571.7, SD = 9.3

The surplus pulled bullets can shoot sub MOA if you sort the ogives with a Sinclair Ogive comparator. I also size them through a lee sizer just to take down some of the pull marks. Swissin shot MOA at 700m with my loads of US-869 233.7 gr even more accurate I use H-50 BMG powder 237.5 gr seated to canalure groove with med crimp. Anneal every firing and after 4-6 reloads you will probably need to ream the neck out to remove donut at the neck shoulder junction. You can make your own bump die out of a lee FL die if you know someone with an EDM machine or special tooling.
Did you measure the grouping, any pictures ?
Very nice work.
I am not sure but, do you think shooting five (5) rounds is better for statistics than three 3(3) ?
I am curious, when you shot the second and third round did you use the semi-auto feature or one round at a time (slow fire versus rapid)

Which annealing machine do you use for .50BMG
I'll keep a close eye on the brass for sure and look into getting those tools as well.
That's the first I've heard of that annealer, was going to get the grizzly one at some point but I like that one better.
