No new uppers will not work on the old lowers which is key to them remaining non restricted.

However I just spoke with a friend who is a verifier and he did a search for an FRT report on the original non restricted AR10 and the FRT does not exist for it.

They are just too rare, I assume. I am not sure how many semis (if any) were made.

From my understanding there are a handfull of semis in Canada.

There were some factory built semis (including a few for KLM airline as aircrew arctic survival weapons) and also some US built semi lowers made to utilize surplus parts kits. Many parts kits came through Canada and were sold imto the US by a board member on here.

My M4 is the only decent Norinco product I've ever bought. The rest of my Norcs vary from meh to fail.
I could enjoy a "decent" AR-10!

Why the hate? Live and let live. I'm employed but would still like one of these I can afford after the mortgage, car payments, groceries for kids, etc etc. Some people buy or even like Hi -Points. They are not for me, but if others want them for whatever (legal) reason, all the power to them.
