be patient, cabelas will be opening soon............
If your in a pinch I have 20 some brass that someone graciously left in the middle of the road where we eat lunch while hunting, his cousin left 183 pieces of 308 brass in the middle of the lower road but appeared to have taken his targets home as the plywood was bare at the end of the road........funny how a piece of paper full of holes was worth more then the brass that caused the holes....but thanks none the less, they went to a good home......
Thanks for the offer! I actually have plenty of 300wsm brass in federal, I made the mistake of buying 300 pieces last year when I first got my 300... don't ask why... but I swear those primer pockets are loose even before the first firing, I just don't trust them and in hindsight I should have tried returning them.
What primers are you using? they do vary in dimensions a touch, All of the CCI's I seated while loading 270 WSM felt just normal, mind you that was Winchester brass
Beauty thanks Eagleye! If neck thickness was an issue would it be the outside dimensions? I'm using RCBS FL dies so I'm assuming the expander ball would set the inside neck dimensions at the end of the sizing process....I'm not set up for turning necks. Sounds like I should go buy just one bag and load a dummy before I go buy a few more.
The headstamp only matters if you have a rifle in both cartridges. I'd be inclined to do it and see if you need to turn the necks. If you do, it's not a big deal.
