Are you a member of the Century Club?

Literally: a shot glass filled with beer. One of those, every minute for 100 minutes, with the shot of liquor at every 25 shots.

If you are going to do it to, please videotape and post results for posterity.

Thats about 8 beer and 4 shots in an hour and a half. Legally impaired but not challenging, really. I'd just pour the beer in a glass.

Yes, I am in the club too. But we should have some sort of patch or hat or something for people who shoot a big game animal with a 100+ year old chambering. We could also do something for the "double century" or "century squared" for those who use a 100+ year old chambering in a 100+ year old rifle.

If I can find some old smokey M71 cartridges I'd go for the triple; 100 year old rifle, cartridge, and ammo. I've done the double with various milsurp rifles.

I urge you to consider solids when hunting for Triceratops.

Video, or it didn't happen!

Seriously, though, glasses are no fun. It's a college drinking game, not a Saturday night at home watching TV.

Anyway, 8 beers and four shots in an hour and a half is enough to get me pretty torqued.

Actually, now that I think back to the late 1980s in Whistler ski resort, we had a similar game called Centurion. I think it was the same with a few other things thrown in.

UBC engineers had the 12 hour 40 beer badge during that time, and probably still do.

Ha! Sorry, I thought this was about the other Century Club, of which I am a triple platinum member.

1 shot of beer every minute for 100 minutes, with quarter century shots of Jaeger, if you are feeling adventurous.

Sounds easy, but I have seen some big guys go down in a shower of projectile vomit in college.

My thought at 1st as well. But the quarter shots were with either tequila or whiskey.

As a wise old Scottish Leprechaun once told me after playing that game: "Don't let school get in the way of your education laddy!" I think he then stomped on my head & stole my wallet?

Na, I retired as the undisputed professional world champion whiskey drinker. Just wondering what games the amateurs have dreamed up.

I'm afraid I must take umbridge with that statement, Dogleg. You could not have possibly held that title because I have held it for more than 30 years, and you're just not old enough to have had it previous. I also have the certificate and criminal record to prove it :(;);)

8 beer and 3 or 4 shots sounds like the first 45 minutes of what may turn out to be a good Sat night, in the old days. I too have mellowed though, now it's just a few good red wines (powder dry of course) or the odd very good scotch.......hey Daddy Long Legs...

Make those beers pints of Guiness and the shots a reasonable quality Irish Whiskey and then you're talking! Sounds like a good tear at the Fox and Hound....

Oh, now you done gone and thrown down the gauntlet!

Totally kidding, I'm not 19 anymore. Since having a kid I'm a total lightweight. Last time I tried to relive my party days of college I paid dearly for it.
