see, its funny, I like the Steyer, but not the Glocks I have had in my mitts.
I like the trigger of my 1911 and its the most accurate pistol I have ever shot.
I really like the feel, build quality and easy field strip of my Girsan (beretta 92A1 clone) and its quite accurate too.
but, every time I use the SR9 for IDPA practice or competition, its just so much better in that role. Quick to point, natural, no damnable decocker to worry about, striker fired for safety, no hammer sticking out, cheap to feed.
if Ruger made one with a tighter slide interface to the frame and tightened up a few things it would be damn near perfect. Oh and got rid of the manual safety. its not needed and just gets in the way
