3 weeks after sending in my missing info via fax (calling everyday since sending it in), I was finally able to reach someone with a proper head on their shoulders and said my application should have been done a long time ago and the fax either;
a) never made it through
b) got tossed out
c) made it to the wrong person
So she had me send it in again, putting a special note on my file to have it done IMMEDIATELY once the fax came in since I had proof of sending the fax so long ago.
Low and behold the next day Im ready to go... did my interview, had my mother-in-law do hers. Now the problem... my father-in-law did his, but answered "No, he couldnt recall if he signed my application".
So now they said they'd be sending something out to me and he/I will have to repeat the process. He was pretty vague on the details and apologized. Needless to say, Im slightly disappointed I now have a longer wait ahead of me for paperwork - or even worse, having to repeat the whole process because they may thing I forged his signature now?
