I have an M&P 15 too. Mine has the macho forward assist & dust cover but I never use either of them. My XCR-L doesn't have them and neither does the ACR so I don't worry much. I did get a Geissele trigger and a bunch of Magpul, Troy & Inforce goodies with Eotech etc... Half the fun is dressing them up... I love my M&P!!
 
Hey gents, nothing too fancy compared to some of the kit out there but this thing took me so long to build ($-I have none) I just felt like showing it off!!!

Already planning on swapping out the rail for something lighter, thinking Troy Alpha rail. All I need is my Inforce WML, optic and better rear sight and I'll finally be done! MUAHAHAHA!!!



 
Yup, Umbrella Corp. from One Shot. Unfortunately FDE was the only colour available for a while and this was the only grip I wanted. It's not for everyone but I absolutely love it.
 
There's a gen 2 of those Umbrella Corp grips in the works supposedly. I'm hoping they add a rougher texture and a storage compartment like the Magpul. :)
 
Personally, I like it the way it is. Texture can be added easily enough and I can't think of anything I would store in the grip that I wouldn't care about getting wet. Start adding seals and all that tacky garbage and then the price will make it no longer attractive.

Question for the Troy handguard : is he stay firmly fixed during a good session. I ask because i try to understand on what the 3 screw fix on. ( on the barrel nut, do make tread on the nut)
