What's their logic behind that ?
My guess is that they do not know how, and/or feel for the hassle they can wait for so one to walk in. Not the best IMHO.

Yes, the complete Kadet pistol is discontinued but they still make the kit. I don't think anyone knows why CZ discontinued it. They are weird like that I guess. I still can't understand why they would discontinue the glossy blued version and now, have also discontinued the satin nickel finish.

They also used to make a mirror-chrome cz75 and that was discontinued too.
I was lucky enough to get a CZ Kadet II complete pistol, and a 2-tone black and silver CZ Shadow right before both models were discontinued. Both excellent pistols - would love to try an Accu-Shadow though.

CZ has temporarily stopped making several firearm models, due to couple of large government contracts, that are occupying their entire production capacity.
CZ Kadet was steady seller, and will return once CZ factory production capacity is back to normal.
