234 Wildcat Family....ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY

My how time flies, a year & a half already? I have dies in hand as of yesterday. So samples are made and will be in the mail to Doug this Friday.
I just grabbed some of what I had on hand for jackets & made 100gr FB, 90gr ULD & 90gr RBT
there is lots of room to go up to 110+gr with other jackets or down to 80ish, but I'm kinda swamped right now.

Now what?

Doug's first post on this was Dec 2013...............unless my math is wrong that was not a year and a half ago................

But BULLETS is an exciting development!!!:dancingbanana::dancingbanana::dancingbanana:

Well guys, been on the road for the past 10 days retrieving my Ferrari and moving it to it's new home, more to the point, I stopped in for a day at my barrel making buddy's and he handed me my rifling button, 2 bore reamers and a 23 cal drill, they are all in and ready to make barrels.......and the twist rate is...............1-8.
WOW.......this project has sure shifted into high gear all of a sudden, 18 months just flew by in about 2, go figure.......I don't have reamers or neck and throaters yet. Marshal sure pulled a rabbit from the hat on this one, and caught me procrastinating on reamers !!! However, onwards and upwards, I'll see if Dave can make me a couple N&Ts right away and then I can at least start with the 284, 243 and 22-250 case, and any other 22 cal CF case I like.

Off topic question....any speeding tickets running the ferrari home?

Did the Furratari make it home in one piece?
And the ka-bouy hat, on the passenger seat or can you wear it in the car?
I figured it was pretty quiet in here and figured the missus found you and you
were catch'in up on the hunnydew list....... :D

The Ferrari was trailered guys, one doesn't drive a car like this down the Alaska Hwy.........No speeding tickets in my Dodge diesel with car hauler on.......
No Looky, cowboy hat fits just fine in the Dodge.

For those of you who haven't seen it, thought I might just throw up one photo.

It's a 1988 Testarossa - boxer 12 cyl engine - 5.4 ltr displacement - 425 hp @ 7000 RPM - top speed 185 MPH

What about the 234 Penguin? I could go after seals with a Penguin.

So what is this, kinda turn the tables type situation...........Penguins hunting seals, instead of seals hunting Penguins.........LOL
The Penguin will still be a couple months yet because I haven't sent any drawings to Dave at PT&G yet for the reamer, thought I had another 16 months or so to wait, so no big hurry right......wrong, then Marshal pulls the 18 months shrunk to 2 months, rabbit from the hat and here I am caught with my head up my a$$ and no chamber or N&T reamers even ordered............Probably looking at another couple months, maybe as quick as 3-4 weeks if I talk real nice...........I'll talk to Dave on Mon and see what we can do, in the mean time I'll make up the drawings this weekend and e-mail them Mon.

My Testarossa does 185,
I lost my licensce, now I don't drive.
Got a limo ride in the back
building a rifle in case I'm attacked
Life's been good to Doug so far

Sorry Joe Walsh wasn't available short notice to help with the lyrics

He's making calibers his fans they can't wait
They write him posts, tell him he's great
So he got him a lathe, african trophys on the wall
Just leave a message maybe he'll call

Love the car. But a set of rims can't be too much to ask can it? A ###y collection of fine lines and then anhhhhh for rims. It's kinda sad actually

They're only uhhglie when it's stopped.

Won't be available for seals but perhaps by the summer, might be able to use it for antelope or caribou if I draw a tag.

My Testarossa does 185,
Met the owner of one who got it up to that speed, he showed me the car. He used to run for Canada around the the time c-fbm's car came out.
