I am looking at an English constabulary pistol in .450 webley. DA revolver.

is this considered antique? the cal is not listed on the restricted calibers.
thanks

anyone know the cut off number? the guy says its pre 98. I think the law is the same in the US when its made not just the model so i am pretty sure its okay.

Also keep in mind that if you plan on going the CFC letter route, you'll have to have definitive written and published proof from a book - the CFC doesn't accept any other options. It can be a proof, mentioning of end of manufacturing on a given year etc etc, but it has to be written down, published somewhere and made available for them to accept it.
