Mossberg 88, magazine tube

How do I remove the dowel from the magazine tube for target loads. I have removed the barrel, and shaken the heck out of trying to get the dowel to drop down but I can't seem to get it to drop out..

I've had that problem before. The dowel gets caught in between the spring, I used to clothes hanger to push the dowel back down and Free it.

Thanks I'll try that edit: I used another wooden dowel, and pushed on the dowel inside the tube, and I felt it move slightly, shook the gun facing down, and the o-ring fell out first, then the dowel fell out after.

I hate Plenty of Fish, the women on there are flippin brutal, my impression is that they all think they're bringing everything to the table.. bah.. and the women I did meet from that site, were flippin basket cases..
