CQB implies you are going to use the rifle to shoot at bad guys in an urban environment. That is a fair question that anyone contemplating home defense or 3-gun matches should consider.
I would opt for a 100m zero. You will be a bit high at 50m but still within 1.5". Not enough to win accuracy points but well enough to hit. The nice thing about 223 is how flat it shoots. The 100m zero gives you the ability to fight in tight quarters but also move through and engage targets of opportunity with accuracy at longer ranges such as street distances.
