Lets say the worst happens and they don't allow the full belts, how will they cap the belt at 5? Will it only be a small 5 link belt? or is there some sort of pin they can put in the belt to limit it to 5 rounds?

Aerial delivery only if the customer provides the panel markers. That chit ain't free. Otherwise Canada Post.
