Is it not only a single rivet that separates a legal magazine from a prohibited device? A fraction of an inch that separates NRs/restricteds from falling into other classifications? Your point is technically valid, in a sense, but unwarranted. Think before you speak.

No, the brn180 upper is meant to be mounted on an ar15 lower. The brn180 lower is an ar15 lower modified to look more like an ar180 , without a buffer tube hole. It's all in the thread already.
