If two of the board members (who have posted on CGN) have said they were not party to any info regarding this, then yes, it would appear the Executive - Wes and 4 others - made the decision themselves.

Depending on their bylaws the decision could easily be made by the Exec without informing board members. If the 2 Directors are not directly attached to the Exec then the decision could have been made by 3 people.....

It would have been CHEAPER, FAIRER, and MORE realistic IF Bozo the PM would have said that Dealers COULD RETURN the inventory to the US. BUT Little Potato the child of MAO would rather have these Canadian dealers go bankrupt so he can get his name in the r unning for the UN. GOD PLEASE GET an ELECTON going this summer in Canada.
