How long to process orders of in stock items?

I placed an order 24 hours ago (Labour Day)

What is a typical turn around minus shipping?

I just read that Frontier uses DHL for shipping. I work 9-5 and the nearest DHL depot is too far away. Can I change delivery addresses on the fly like I can with UPS? I'd like to get the order shipped to my sister's house.

Should have specified. Bought a non-restricted.

Good to hear of such an impessive turn around on a restricted though.

Pretty sure non-restricted goes canada post, could be wrong. And ammo through DHL.

I got my MN 1891/30 in about 5 days after i ordered by phone through Canada post.

Well I placed an order form them a few days ago now for an sks and a box of ammo. The ammo I ordered I noticed after placing the order was the wrong kind for the sks it was 7.62x25 I know my mistake. Anyway I contacted them about it and they said no problem they will switch the ammo for me. That was 3 days ago now and my order is still pending with no changes to it made and I have no idea whats going on with it? And on top of that the website is now giving me an http 500 error and will not display. So I'm about ready to cancle everything and take my lunch money elsewhere.

Don't worry about the "pending" status...my last order stayed that way online long after I actually got the rifle (which was fast by the way...little over a week for a non-restricted). Canada Post is what you need to watch more...they suck at updating their package info. Online showed accepted at the Sask. post office...next thing I know it's showing up at my door without warning...but still I got it fast from Frontier!! Now, if their website could stay up without issue that might be better...but I suspect their webhost is the issue there...not Frontier...maybe time to find another webhost.

I have no idea, but two tries of cancellation of my order that I placed on November 18th 2009 are still unanswered.
    Nothing.
My wife was looking for the Christmas present for me and the dealer informed on his website that the S&W MP15-22 will be shipped late November last year.
After a week of waiting (November 28th) and another email sent I received info that the registration is still pending, but everything should be ok in one week.
Well it isn't and we have January 22nd.
I do understand that the waiting time depends on the RCMP decision, but the lack of communication on the dealer's side (cancellation sent twice - on January 6th and another one earlier this week with no answer whatsoever) is irritating to say at least.
Especially, because the answer to my order came the very, next day after I placed it.
    Not a good sign IMHO.

Emails can go astray at the best of times both coming in and going back out, PM me your name and I will make sure the order is removed.
