    application received on: 2019 DEC 13
    charged 80 on 2020 Jan 07
    current status( 2021 Jan 14):Your application has completed initial processing. It is now in progress. Please check the status again at a later date.
    I CALL 4000 NUMBER EVERY MONTH,THEY SAID " be patient "
    I haven't received it until today, AT BC
    WHAT SHOULD I DO ?????? DOES ANYONE HAVE SAME SXXT SITUATION LIKE ME ?

    AB PAL applicant
    Sept 15 - mailed application via standard Canada Post.
    Sept 21 - application received.
    Jan 12 - CC charged and status visible online same day.
    Jan 15 - licence issued!
    Now just waiting to receive the card in the mail.

    My application was just delivered by Canada Post. How long until I'll be able to check on the license status using the RCMP website?

    I didnt send my application via registered post or use a stamp with the provided envelope. I hated that i did this and didnt know better.

    I did however have a look and saw that my cc was charged today and my applicayion has now passed initial processing.

    App sent: sept 1
    Received: sept 24
    Cc charged: jan 15

    what do you mean, "I haven't received it until today"? You got your PAL today (Jan 14 2021) or as of that date still no pal? i assume the second one.

    As they said, be patient. Did you have any boxes checked? anything on CPIC? They say COVID added 4+ months to the process.
    I am in BC, mine took 19 months. March 21 2019 received. April 11 2019. CC charged. October 29 2020 issued. Nov 06 2020 - RPAL received in mail.

    do call them but not every week. Every 30-45 days. I am pretty sure i would still be waiting if i did not call in on Oct 29.

    You will be able to see it online once your credit card is charged. Probably around late April/early May. But don’t start worrying until mid May.

    Can't believe this myself but an update on this. 9 days after my payment was processed I got my renewal card in the mail!

    Wow. At least the online renewal process is incredibly efficient! Can’t wait to be able to make use of that. But I’ve got to receive my R/PAL in the first place to be able to renew. 😉
