it can be done very easily...
1) remove expander ball from 308 norma mag size die.
2) lube 300 win mag case, none on neck or you will get crinkles
3) run through 308 norma mag size die
4) trim to size
5) size again with expander ball in
6) insure length is in spec, trim if needed
7) enjoy your new 308 norma mag cases, load away....
you can leave the expander ball in if you like, this is just what I was taught and what works for me....
