i shopped the second sale and received someone else's order last friday. reached out to them, went to the ups depot and shipped it back on monday. followed up with them and today they respond... they wont send me my order until they receive the incorrect order, IF MY ITEMS ARE STILL IN STOCK. even threatened me with a 10% restocking fee if i didn't follow return protocol, like it was my fault. they have had my payment for 2 weeks now.

best prices for sure but i have been shipped broken product and told to take it up with the manufacturer, shipped used product that was sold as new, shipped items that have price tags on them of lower prices, shipped incomplete product, etc etc etc.

not worth it. i am out!!! (i reeeeeeally hope they don't drop a banger for week 4 lol)

My order was shipped out in a timely manner, UPS delivery date/time got changed 4 days in a row with no updates till the following day. UPS has to be the worst courier company going.

Tenda remembered my little bag of candy but forgot part of my order 🤦‍♂️
