0.585in Minie Ball mold? Anywhere?

I have an original Enfield rifle, the gun does not do well in any minie I was able to get.

Does anyone here know of a place in Canada I can get a 0.585in Minie mold?

I know that Pedersoli makes one but the only place I found it was Buffalo arms in the US.

There are several Pedersoli dealers in Canada you could order from. Loyalist Arms in NS, Marstar in ON and Bilozir Guns in AB would be the ones to ask.

I had an original Parker-Hale mold for the repros, but it threw a Minie ball that was a bit too large for my musketoon and two two-banders. Perhaps you could find one and beagle it to the size you need.
Possibility: a bit of foil on each edge of the mould as you close the blocks to increase the diameter. The ball would be out of round,but concentric.

Mine is an original, the bore is much larger than "standard", 0.580in minies only straighten out with heavy loads, 0.575 and 0.577 loads key hole no matter what.

Thanks, looks like $120 from Marstar and $150 from Shooters Choice, have to check the molds we have now but I think they are all 0.575 and 0.577.

Marstar is 3-4 months for an order to even go in to Pedersoli.
