Can anyone give me a good supplier of Ruger 10/22 parts and accessories here in Canada? I need to replace a few parts that are wearing out from years of shooting.

Well depending on the parts you are looking for, there are not too many places in Canada that carry a vast selection of parts for the 10/22. If you do find one, the chances are you will be paying top dollar. If i were you, instead of ordering from with in Canada, I would look to order from a place like Hawktech or Rimfire sports. Both are sponsors on RFC and both have free shipping to Canada. They carry a large selection with preatty good prices. I would check them out :)
