10/22 and charger receiver differences?

Is there any physical difference between the 10/22 and the charger pistol receiver or are they 100% identical except for the markings?

Indeed, the Charger can NEVER be re-classified as non-restricted, even with a longer barrel installed. Ridiculous.

Now that that's out of the way...
The charger receiver is identical, but it has a bigger magazine release, and has no provision for iron sights.

I don't know about that?? Mine had iron sites!!

no 10/22 or charger reciever has irons. the irons are typically on the barrel, unless you use a peep sight that mounts to the scope base holes.

That's bizzaro, mine had none. I'm envious now, I like irons on all my toys. I wonder if that was changed in production somewhere... mine isn't stainless.
I'm a little sad now. Wham-o, does your's have the regular mag release? I can't see in the pic.

it was customized, including the irons and the mag release.

It extends back and under the trigger guard and acts like a lever.

The question is, how many 10/22 pistols has wham-o done up??
