10/22 barrels

Looking to put together a 1022 for the GF. Really liked the look of a Valquartsen snake fluted with comp. in s.s.
Would any one in Canada stock this barrel, and if not what are my chances of getting it shipped from USA?

barrels are not covered by the US export ban on tactical stuff i dont think.
so if the company has a export permit they can ship up to us, like boyd's and brownells.
with so many people ordering fro Whistle Pig id assume they have an export permit in place.
