Yes it can be bedded. Having said that, generally the factory stock 10/22's (skinny barreled versions anyway) are not that accuracy anyway and glass bedding isn't going to make much difference.

Send your stock barrel for a rechamber/recrown to 10mark22 and when you get it back it will be worth glass bedding. Though if you want the very best bedding system for a 10/22 get a bedding kit from Greg @ rimfire technologies, they work unbelievably well. http://www.rimfiretechnologies.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=ABK001

I bedded my action and barrel with MarineTex (available from Brownell's) and it shoots great, another guy I know did his action with MarineTex and the barrel with outdoor silicone, it shoots deadly as well. Both of these are factory barrels. I found a lot of sites that mention bedding the barrel and floating the action..... Don't know if that works until you try I guess.
