10/22 Bull barrel in Canada

I am sure the question has been asked before, but I sware I used the search engine and found nothing.

I am looking for a Bull Barrel (for Ruger 10/22) available in Canada for order. Wanstall's have a blue one from Tatical Innovations but, it's bright blue and they don't know when they are getting the next shipment (with other colours) so trying to explore my options. I have hit every advertising tab on the top and come up dry.

Anyone know some other sights I might be able to find some options?

US supplier that ships to Canada? Or Canadian sights that have just not come up in my searches?
 
I am a Dlask fan also... But you could also try Jo Brooks in Manitoba or Fab Sports in Quebec... Bits of Pieces carries Green Mountain barrels... Try Dlask first.
 
That is alot of votes for Dlask. I am sold. Ordered a steel barrel, bit heavier then I wanted but should hold up better and keep the MOA tight after it warms up. =)

Careful with ordering from dlask. I placed an order in Dec. 2012 and I still haven't received my items yet. They charged my card early Jan. Called a bunch of times with promise of shipment. Nothing. Getting really pissed...

Funny, I placed order on friday had barrel & receiver on wednesday

Was wondering about that... made an order earlier today, I'm used to having my CC charged within minutes and getting a shipping confirmation within 24 hours.. Nothing yet. I guess I shouldn't hold my breath?

I placed my first order with them earlier this week and I haven't heard anything from them.
No credit card hit or nothing.
Helll, I ordered a item from wanstalls the same time and its sitting in my shop waiting for me to come and play!
 
Oh, about bull barrels, the tactical solution ones are aluminum with nickel inners (I think?) and green mountain r metal, same with dlask it looks like. I have both and the weight difference is massive!

My TS one is light as a feather.
 
I have ordered from Dlask dozens of times and have a had to wait a few times... their products are in high demand and sometimes inventory gets low and they have to wait on barrel blanks, receiver billets etc... Joe is a good guy and cares about his customers, so you might have to wait, but you don't have to worry.
 
With respects to that, it is the Canadian Firearms world. You basicly have to wait for EVERYTHING..... And that is of course after spending at very least a few days trying to find what you are looking for in the first place.
It actually took me almost 2 months to find a Ruger 10/22 in stock. For the "most common, reliable .22 semi" that was a mission and a half.

I am sure you have all heard it "No one is sending anything over the border, everyone is behind on all their orders and everything is being bought up in the states"

I have patiance. Also the BBB rates Dlask A+

And the gun came with a barrel so I can play with it in it base set up and see the difference when the barrel arrives.
 
I'm cool with a waiting time. However, ANY type of follow up would be amazing. Like on the website, it should be clearly stated: "3 week waiting period for this item". Or, get an email saying that. SOMETHING confirming that there will be a waiting time of approximately "X" long.

Yeah, it can be frustrating... But you are dealing with machinists and fabricators not computer geeks... The website is often behind and the emails are slow to come, but knowing the integrity of Joe and Milada and the folks at Dlask, I am confident that they are doing their best and the products I purchase will be "top notch."

Actually, if they hired a bonified computer whiz to work full time in technology and promotion, they could probably expand their business considerably... But I don't think they are overly concerned with rapid expansion.
 
With respect to my dlask order, I think 3 months is rather excessive. And they should charge my card only when the order is shipped. I called in a few times and spoke to Joe and some other assistant. They were very kind and re-assuring but I still don't have the items I ordered after some promises made by them. They make good products, I have a few dlask items that I ordered from another vendor and am very pleased with their workmanship. But I won't be ordering directly from them again!
