I'm looking at a bull barrel on the fabsports website, but I'm a little confused. There are barrels listed as "match barrels". But the one I'm looking at isn't listed as a match barrel, it's listed as a "target bull barrel".

Here it is: Bull Barrel

I'm basically wondering if this heavier barrel will result in better accuracy for my rifle. I don't want to buy a bull barrel just to have a nice looking barrel. thanks for looking!

Yes the heavier barrel will result in better accuracy. It will be more consistent and is probably cut to higher tolerances than a factory barrel. The match barrel probably has a match chamber and might not be as reliable with all ammo types, but will probably be even a little more accurate.

The better quality bull barrels have a match chamber and are made to more consistent standards, and will almost certainly give you improved accuracy. If the manufacturer doesn't state "match chamber" then it almost certainly isn't. Merely being fatter will not make it more accurate. I've had at least one 10/22 bull barrel, made by Butler Creek, that wouldn't shoot well on any of several actions that I tried with it. It was cheap to buy, and it turns out I got my money's worth...which wasn't much. They made it to look cool and sell cheaply, which it did, but it wasn't a shooter.
