yes, there are no unrestricted legal modern pistols in Canada.

They are a very nice little gun, but mine is having extraction issues right out of the box. I'm hoping a VQ extractor will solve the problem. I really like the matte finish on the receiver, I dislike the plastic trigger group.....though it matches the receiver. Have not tested it for accuracy yet.
