10/22 folder

I was reading a comment that the 10/22 with a folder stock was ''not as accurate''as the rifle with a regular fixed stock-is there any truth to that?I would only be looking at a folder for convenience as a back packer [potting grouse]while carrying my regular deer rifle

I have both BC & Choate folding 10/22 stocks and each gun is very accurate.

I have never used one but would think if the folder locks up tight it wouldn't make any diference to the accuracy

Maybe, but I haven't noticed a change with the BC folder.
