It's a 10/22 in a Tapco stock, Tech-Sights and the bottom edge of the stock cut-away to reveal a bit of rail, to which I've used a pair of 1-inch Weaver rings to attach........:

the "Canadian Tire special", an AA-battery Garrity flashlight which surprisingly fit the Weaver rings...........

The kicker?

It works!
