10/22 guide rod pics please

I been doing some looking on the net and I think the guy who sold me my 10/22 fu@ked it up... Can some one please show me there guide rod with the spring compressed a bit I need to see the stop that is at the barrel end

If mine is messed up its the last straw there has been way to many things this guy messed up and I am going to make him pay for it

Is the bend in the end factory? When my bolt is back the rod moves down the receiver towards the mag well is this correct?

There should be no bend in the guide rod at all.

So your saying when you pull back the charging handle/bolt, your guide rod moves forward towards the mag well??

Can you post a picture of your complete guide rod and charging handle?

That kink in the end of your rod is exactly how my OEM (factory) guide looks as well.

You should definately take the gun to a gunsmith.

No it moves down not forward..... The rod is not bent just the end is where that notch has a slight bend

Up to the yellow line its straight . The red line shows what way it bends after the notch

So it does have a kink in it from factory at the end?

There is nothing wrong with the way that looks. Like I mentioned above, that bend in the end of the rod is normal. Or at least I am lead to believe it is normal. When I swapped out my guide rod for an aftermarket one, that is exactly how mine looked as well. And did not prohibit my rifle from functioning. It is there to keep your charging handle on your guide when disassembled.

The factory puts that little "divot" in the end of the guide rod so the charging handle & spring cannot slide off the guide rod.
It's not really needed, but more for a convenience in production and assembly.
Is it giving you any problems?

I think the kink in the end is to hold the bolt handle on but I am not 100% sure

All kinds but the jamo ammo is american eagle

yup...they can be finicky with certain ammo's.
Find one that works and stick with it.

Are you having FTF or FTE problems?
