I ran accross a 50th anniversary 10-22 heavy barrel with laminant stock and blue barrel, I bought it because I have never seen one in the stores before. Have you guys seen many? Not sure if it will ever be worth anything or not but might be a neat one to hang onto.

I'm almost certain OP is talking about http://www.cabelas.ca/product/32177/ruger-1022-target-semi-auto-rifle-blued <--- this guy. We have sold a few. Nice gun, though I would personally for the target tactical as shown above, or the stainless finish with the grey laminate stock(beauty).

all ruger 10/22's produced last year have the "50th Anv" on the bolt.
there is a "50th Anv Model" but its not a heavy barrel, i has the normal barrel with a flash hider on it and its on that new plastic modular stock.
yours is a Target Model (heavy barrel) that was produced last year (so it has the label on the bolt).
they are some of the nicest 10/22's ive seen, there is a (or was) a stainless version that had a swirly heavy barrel that im kicking myself for not picking up.
