any recomendations for an upgade to the stock iron sights? I'm looking for something thats easier to see and adjust.
Thanks

There's Hi Viz fiber optic but they adjust the same as OE sights. Next is tech-sights. They are quite nice. Ive been through so many scopes, rds and irons for my 10/22 and keep going back to the OE irons with the large square notch. I just love them and I shoot so damn well with that setup. Oh and for a simple low budget option check out Skinner sights, notably his lo pro rear sight that threads into one of the scope base threads on the receiver. He has tons of apertures from ghost ring to serious target work. Pm me if you want a brass one with .096 and .004 apertures. I could part with it.

Love tech-sights!

^^^^How easy were they to install?? Rear looks easy enough, but how is the front post done??

Front sight is held on only with Red-Loctite.
I didn't think it'd work (too much space), but it does. I tried removing one from an old barrel and it was incredibly difficult (it'll never come off naturally.)

I cleaned all surfaces with with rubbing alcohol, then apply liberal amounts of Red-Loctite. Put in position and let sit for several hours.
I actually used a straight-edge to ensure blade alignment and held it all together with tension straps (front to rear and blade to straight-edge).
