I've had both the restricted and non restricted versions.
Just a aftermarket stock, and the one was restricted was due to overall length when folded!
It locked up tight and was a very solid piece of kit, although the forend had a bit of wobble!
Correction..
When deployed it was a tad under 26" without the muzzle device!

Have you talked to them yet? I emailed them a couple of months ago and just got a bounce back. I figured the krinker site must just be a hang over?

It's a stock kit for a 10/22. They are already in canada and totally legally. Not banned on prohibited.

They been in country for over a decade ( 8" and 16" ) I owned 2 many years ago. Both 8" models, I had to pin the stock open to keep 26" OAL. Friend had a 16" model, I shot a friends last year.

I've been looking for one for a while. Several places in the USA are selling them and have them in stock but I haven't found anywhere in Canada that has stock.

There is also a funguns kit for the 10/22 that makes it look like a thompson, again, easy to get in the USA from several sources but haven't been able to find one in Canada anywhere
