As far as I know it cannot be done, I believe the action is not long enough for .22wmr. You could change barrels to go to .17 hm2, or convert it to .22 short, but thats about all I know that you could do to a 10/22.
Yep. They used to make a Ruger 10/22 Mag but they're really hard to find.

Nope. Action's too short and the mag well is too short. If you can find a 10/22 RBM, your cost of ammo will be much higher.
A .22 short won't cycle the action.
It will after installing the VQ 22 short kit.
Well one is .222 and another is .224,just how do you make that work?
