Old Chargers, maybe. (Yes they were un-common, but I can't vouch for only 50; I know at least three people in Nova Scotia with one, so I wager the number was higher.)

However, Ruger is very recently selling new Chargers again.

As to the magazines, all you can do is use the ones which are being sold, and watch for the RCMP's re-interpretation of which gun they are limited for…

The number doesn't seem to matter. Questar brought in 6 (six) M&P15-22P pistols and that was enough to screw up the mag limits for the 15-22 rifles.

I have the Charger number imported into Canada from the RCPM at home. will post tonight.
Doesn't change the fact they re-released it and because of silly laws, we can't have certain magazines unless pinned.
