so how do you guys clean yours?

Take them apart and clean in luke warm soapy water.
Air or wipe dry and put them back together.

You clean them? I just load more ammo in them, not eat dinner off them.

Unless you wash your ammo before you load them and shoot in sterile conditions .... you'll eventually need to clean them.

The gown and gloves are only a hassle until you get used to them.

well I was getting feeding problems and since I gave it a good cleaning it works like a charm!
