10/22 Marauder iron sights

Has anyone replaced the "iron" sights on their Marauder stock? The rear sight has no lateral adjustment and I want to put some better on.

Any sugegstions?

You can get filler pieces that will fill the rail gaps when you take them out. There's some aluminum airsoft ones out there that would work perfect. Then throw some magpul buis or yhm on the rail
