10/22 optic choice, 50yds

The Nikon P22 Rimfire is my choice I have two... on both of my Green Mountain fluted .920 Hogue stocked 10/22's.

Best rimfire scopes for the money......

Nikon P22 Rimfire - Around $200 and a nice tactical setup that will match your gun well.

Sightron SI Rimfire 2-7 or 3-9 - around $160-$180

Nikon Prostaff Rimfire - 4x or 3-9 - Around $150.

I really like the P22 for such a build as it has the tactical turrets, and looks just as badass.

My former 10/22 Build:

I am reading reviews on it since mlevtovaa proposed this to me.
I am liking this and leaning more towards this than the vortex.
Looking for online retailers that carry it as i type.

Being over 60 has it's drawbacks. The eyes just aint what they used to be. I used to shoot my old Anschutz 64 sporter with a Bushy banner 4x for years, dead gophers then too. Rfc had some through the scope pics, big difference between 9x and 24x. I think we all agree that the "cheeep" scopes don't cut it.

Hey forgot to ask, what height rings you had on that setup? Looks like factory ruger rail so it would be a great reference for me, like how it sits at its lowest

Check out Meuller. Not a lot of money and the glass is good. For shooting targets its a great scope.
