Beside the obvious stock, barrel, scope, scope mount, rings, mags..
am i missing something to create a whole 10/22 rifle ?
I ask this because, exemple, i have no idea if the timney come with the bolt and started to beleave i may have forgotten something

thank you once again for your help!

you'll also need bolt assembly (including charging handle, spring & guide rod), bolt buffer, & v-block (for securing the barrel to the receiver).

off course.. you are right.. damn not-powerfull-enough-coffee!!
i knew i had forgotten something!
thank you!

that would be nice to have a sponsor who sell all that in a kit..

I'm doing pieces as well :D

KIDD 18" barrel
KIDD bolt
KIDD charging handle
KIDD 2 stage trigger

all coming from Fabsports :D

Tuffer Buffer

and still should get new v-block and receiver pins

Haven't decided on a stock yet.

I already got an extra Tuffer Buffer
takedown screw == below the stock to hold it all in place?

Need part list so far thanks to you:

a Bolt (could be usefull, haha)
charging handle
recoil spring
guide rod
v-block
receiver pins

complete list ?

why 2 stage trigger over 1 stage ? two stage trigger give you lighter pull if needed ?

Yes, takedown screw is used to secure the stock to the receiver.

As for the two-stage trigger, short answer, yes...it enables you to have a much lighter pull. Check out this video:

thank you for the info, i learned something today.

To compare price with Fab, i tried almost every sponsor and there is not a lot of canadian online store that offer drop in trigger assembly for 10/22.. or even a place to buy oem factory pieces.

Any other suggestion of place to get a drop in trigger assembly ? (ex: Volquartsen Ruger 10/22 TG2000)

I couldn't find anything in Canada other than JoBrook and Fabsports for the KIDD trigger assembly. Fabsports was a few dollars cheaper. Maybe someone else can order Timney or something else, but I wasn't able to find stock anywhere in Canada.

Clay at Prophet River can import what you want, but it I believe will cost you $50.00 on top of the US price, plus shipping, taxes etc.

edit Woohoo, barrel, bolt and charging handle just arrived at the door. :D

Right on he KIDD web site they list all international dealers they will ship to.
Only Fabsports and JoBrooks are approved for Canada.

When I bought a stock 10/22 I bought a Timney trigger with it Works great.
Corlanes Sporting goods in Dawson Creek, BC stocks them.
