On my last build I used a Kidd 2-Stage, which is awesome. On my new build I was attempting :)rolleyes:) to keep the budget down and wondered what others were using? What do you think is the best balance of cost vs quality? Timney, Tactical Innovations, power custom kits etc how do they compare to Kidd?

I don't think there is anything that compares to the Kidd two stage trigger. I have tried the Timney, Jard & the Volqartsen, these offer no where near the performance of the Kidd.

If you have one already, anything else will seem like a very poor second choice. ;)

CanukleHead, is your PWC Grandmaster from the kit that Hical sells that you installed or is it a fully assembled unit? What sort of trigger weight does it give you?

I second what ROD B wrote, I may even venture out and say that the kidd 2 stage is the best feeling trigger ever made period, not just for the 10/22. But again, I did not try ALL of them.

icedragonmx, I've never seen the Kidd kit, where did you pick it up. Is it much cheaper then the standard Kidd? I'm assuming it's a single stage vice a 2 stage.

The hard part is finding them in Canada, if you see one available buy it! I had two and yes they are single stage. ht tp://www.coolguyguns.com/KIDD-Trigger-Job-Kit-with-Hammer-Sear-Disconnect-and-Trigger-blade_p_95.html

Very easy to install and are very nice!

ALMAR, I agree that it's an excellent trigger, and from what if read it's probably the best for the 10/22, but I still like the trigger on my Anschutz Match 54 better
